Welcome to Medbury School's Mid-Year Fundraiser: the 2025 Tuition Fee Raffle! Join us in our mission to propel Medbury School's ongoing growth and advancement.

 Here's what you need to know about this event: 

Raffle Prize: One lucky winner will be awarded a credit equivalent to one Year 8 domestic students' annual tuition fees in 2025 at Medbury School. 

Ticket Availability: Only a limited number of 1,000 tickets will be up for grabs, so secure yours early! 

Ticket Price: Each ticket is priced at $100.00. 

Raffle Date: Mark your calendars for the raffle draw on 17 June 2024, this will be drawn during our school assembly with a live streamed link sent to our community.

Ticket Sales Period: Ticket sales will kick off on 30 May 2024 and close at 11:59 PM on 15 June 2024, unless they sell out beforehand. 

How Many Tickets Can I Buy: No limit on tickets.  

Who Can Buy A Ticket: Tickets are open to anyone 18 years or older in the Medbury - community, Old Boys, Staff, Past Staff, Past Parents, Grandparents. 

The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. 

The winner may opt to donate the prize back to the School Trust Board, or to a family of their choosing.

Terms and Conditions:
 • Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets.
 • Each ticket costs $100.00, and there is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase.
 • All proceeds from ticket sales will directly contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of Medbury School.
 • The winner will be notified in writing, and their name may be published on Medbury School's official channels.
 • By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their details for promotional purposes by the Medbury School Trust Board.
 • Organizers Cancellation Option: The Medbury School Trust Board reserves the right to cancel the raffle by 10 June 2024 for any reason. In such cases, all ticket purchasers will be notified, and a full refund will be provided
• Prize: The prize consists of a credit towards tuition fees for one current or new (enrolling in 2025) student at Medbury School. The credit amount will match 100% of Year 8 domestic students' annual tuition fees in 2025, regardless of the student's year of enrolment. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Alternatively, the winner may opt to donate the prize back to the School Trust Board, or to a family at the discretion of the Trust Board.
• The winner will be notified in writing via email, using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. Additionally, their name may be published on Medbury School's official channels.
• Last Day to Claim Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 90 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the Medbury School Trust Board.
